On the occasion of World Dengue day, a rally was organized at Prabhatnagar, by the department of Community Health Nursing and III year GNM students in collaboration with Taluka Hospital Honavar on 19.05.2026. Slogans such as “Stop Dengue – Clean Surroundings”, “No water stagnation, no mosquito breeding,” and “Fight Dengue Together” were raised on the awareness of Dengue and pamphlets were distributed to the public. The programme was graced by the presence of Mr. Chidanand, Health Inspector PHC Salkod who provided valuable support and guidance during the rally.
