POSH COMMITTEE

St. Ignatius Institute of Health Sciences is committed to provide a safe, secure, respectful, and inclusive environment for all students, staff, faculty members who work within the institution and campus

This committee was formed to implement effective women’s safety measures, prevent harassment, create awareness, and maintain a healthy educational and working atmosphere within the campus.

Objective of the POSH Committee

• Ensure safety and protection for women students and staff.
• Prevent any form of sexual harassment or misconduct within the campus.
• Promote awareness regarding respectful behaviour and gender sensitivity.
• Encourage students and staff to report issues without fear.
• Maintain discipline, dignity, and equality within the institution.
• Create a supportive and comfortable learning and working environment.
