A workshop on Fundamentals of Prescribing Module was conducted by the IV semester B.Sc. (N) students on 04.10.205 at the auditorium. Dr. SailajaBusi, Vice-Principal of Sri Shankara College of Nursing, Bangalore was the resource person.
The 4th semester B.Sc. (N) students organized the Module on Palliative care at the auditorium on 06.10.2025. The resource persons for the Module were Dr. PrashantPutran, Senior Consultant, Department of Pain and Palliative Care, Sri Shankara Cancer Hospital and Research Centre, Bangalore and Dr. SailajaBusi, Professor and Vice-Principal, Sri Shankara College of Nursing, Bangalore. The resource persons shared their valuable insights on how to provide holistic care to patients facing life threatening illness, cancer pain management method, concepts regarding palliative care and communication in palliative care.
